It is unfortunate that anyone is allowed to anonymously post comments on this site against any business whether or not those comments are true but like it or not, "THAT'S THE WAY IT IS." My name is James McClendon and I am the founder and vice president of Casablanca Express. We have been in business 34 years and have traveled over 2 million people on our vacation packages. When you travel that many people there will be some complaints. We do have an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and we are committed to providing great customer service and the best, most affordable vacation packages in the industry. Many of the complaints here about Casablanca Express have been posted by employees of our competitors and some of the others were posted by our own disgruntled ex-employees. I know this because they have told me they posted here. Some other complaints posted here are about a movie and a modeling agency with the same name as ours. That said, some of the complaints posted here are legitimate and we would like the opportunity to address them but we can't because they are anonymous.
