My friend and I spent 3 hours and $40 signing up for this extras talent agency with the understanding that we would be submitted on extra/talent jobs. It took a few weeks for the registration to take effect, but once we were officially in their system we began to receive emails asking us for availability for certain upcoming jobs. If we were available we were to put ourselves on hold for said jobs. I did just that for three different television jobs but the day before said jobs had heard nothing further from the agency. I sent an initial email inquiring what my position was, and requesting further information for the job that I was on hold for the following day. Still no information came back. On the morning I was supposed to be working on the job I emailed expressing my concern at the fact that I had heard nothing at all about a job I was booked on and to please explain immediately or I would have to assume this was a fraudulent agency and take further steps. To this I received a rude email response/attack on my character and no explanation about the situation. I then asked for a full refund and for them to remove my profile from the site, because I was not receiving the service I signed up for. I was rudely told that no refund was possible and that I was already informed of that, along with another comment to attack my character. I have submitted this complaint to the BBB and will be making further reviews online so that others can be warned of this fraudulent agency before signing up with them. As per the screenshot I have attached you can see that my account has not been removed yet per my request, nor has my $40 been refunded. I ask that you please keep my name (as seen in account) anonymous.

IF you are thinking of joining Virgo Talent Agency for modeling or acting, DO NOT DO IT. They charge you $495 plus a monthly fee of $40. They promise the world but do basically nothing a model or actor can't do on their own. THEN they have you pay for a photoshoot a couple weeks after which is another $500. They get sued all the time, just read about it in the newspaper! Demand your money back if you paid! If they are not a scam, why do they demand you pay not and then not give a refund. Horrible and I don't know how they can do this to people.
