I too was had. I bought the scan for $39.95 and while they were doing the scanning, foolishly I agreed to their 3 yr "cleaning" for a sum of $500.00. Right after the scan my pc was not working correctly. The tech could not correct the problem and suggested he could "restore" my pc to before the scan. This made it worse After several more attempts they were unable to fix my pc, I asked for a refund and all I got was a run around. Beware people, reimageplus is a scam and they are not here U.S.A. This all started on 9/12/15 This reviewer shared experience about "did not get the job done. i want a refund of my $500.00." and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $500. This person is overall dissatisfied with Reimage. The most disappointing about reimage pc scan at Reimage was dishonesty Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

Fail to resolve any issues
  

This evening I ran Reimage on my PC and the analysis indicated 221 issues of which 14 were registry and 207 privacies with 50.4Mb of junk. Following the repair and restart I ran Reimage again and found that I had 217 issues of which 14 were registry and 203 privacies with 48.1Mb of junk. After the repair function and restart I ran it again to find I still had 217 issues of which 14 were registry and 203 were privacy with 48.1Mb of junk. After the repair and restart I ran Reimage once again, but this time manually viewed and resolved all of the 217 presented issues and then let the programmer go through the repair and restart functions. To check the results, I ran Reimage once again to find that I still had 217 issues as outlined above. It appears that reimage has done nothing for me. With renewal coming up I would like to know why my issues are not being resolved. Please advise.
