Never had a bad experience until today. I will NEVER visit the Arlington location EVER. I made the mistake of. Oolong my appointment online and selected modeling. Well little did I know this was a special package. I received a call the morning of out appointment and when the lady explained what I had selected. I informed her I had made a mistake and didn't want a special session. I thought we were all clear. We arrive, check in, take the photos and the process begins. I didn't like the majority of the 60 pictures taken. I told the young lady that we would just take the promotion package with the selected pose and reschedule for a retake. She stepped away, spoke to her manager and returned to inform me that I couldn't purchase the promotion only because I had selected the modeling session. At this point I am posses and tired thinking this issue was resolved when they called me this morning . How do u think u will force me to pay for portraits I am unhappy with. And then there was one employee sitting behind us watching us . I asked if she was in training or something. Rude, unprofessional unfriendly and triffling. I will stick with the location that has treated me well in the past....Cedar Hill!

>my location over charged me and then told me they can't refund my money. Gave me a letter to mail off and get a refund. I did the letter was mailed back saying wrong address. Called the location and they told me the address was correct. Still without my money owed.
