Poor customer service
|
They misrepresented themselves and their services. We were misled to believe we would have an account rep contacting us about potential audition opportunities with check-ins as needed. They took our daughters social security number and we never heard back after they promised us more information about an upcoming audition opportunity. We were concerned that they had her Social Security number and contacted them countless times, only to get a recording that agents were busy. We left voice messages and they still owe us one more set of pictures. I called on 8/17/15 to book the photo shoot just to have up-to-date pictures for personal use and the number was out of order. Why am I not surprised? They owe us pictures and a ton of money. I'm outraged. |
